Our Recruitment Process
We recruit at all levels based upon two specific criteria: Is the candidate a good cultural fit with our firm and can they add value to the organization? If the answer is yes, we find a way to bring them into the firm.
A good cultural fit is someone who aligns with our firm’s ethos and shares our perspective on how to approach the business of consulting. We consciously pursue our clients’ toughest challenges and are committed to the consistent delivery of actionable insights. This requires a team that is passionate about learning and enjoys rather than avoids challenge.
Adding value is about alignment of interest in the creation of sustainable enterprise growth. Does the candidate possess unique skills and attributes, which expand the capabilities of the firm and improve the service offering for our clients? What resources does the candidate require in order to be successful in terms of professional development, management oversight, and infrastructure?
